I sent several email requests, as their website advertised a 24-hour turnaround, but years later, I received no response. When I called about specific watches, the woman who answered actually laughed, stating they didn’t have what I was looking for and wouldn’t for a long time. She dismissed my request for a waiting list, emphasizing their long list. This entire rude and dismissive encounter gave me the distinct impression they weren’t interested in my business, leading me to look elsewhere. This unacceptable service prompted me to engage with customer service.
Customer: I'm calling because I'm incredibly frustrated with the service. I sent multiple email requests over a long period with no response, and when I finally called, the person who answered was dismissive and actually laughed at my inquiry. CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about your experience. That is absolutely not our standard. Could you please tell me more about the emails and when you called? Customer: It's been years since my emails, and the call was recent. I was interested in specific watches, and was basically told they don't have them and wouldn't for a long time, in a very rude tone. My offer to join a waiting list was also dismissed. CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration. There's no excuse for being laughed at or dismissed. Please accept my sincerest apologies. Let me take down your details and I will personally investigate your unanswered emails and address the phone incident. Customer: I appreciate that, but honestly, the whole experience has left a very sour taste. I just don't feel valued as a potential customer. CS Rep: I truly regret that. While I can't guarantee immediate stock, I can guarantee a respectful and professional experience moving forward. Would you be open to a follow-up call from a senior team member to discuss your preferences and how we can regain your trust?
